The garden filter fabric is the favorite tool of gardeners and landscapers as it enables good filtration and drainage in the yard but can also be used as a weed block as well.
This fabric is rolled out and placed in a trench to assist French drains by keeping dirt and soil from getting into the drain field and clogging the drain. The polypropylene fibers are permeable and let water pass through but filter out most unwanted particulates.
