Constructed of durable polypropylene fibers this is the perfect bulkhead geotextile fabric to prevent erosion and preserve an effective bulkhead.  This porous nonwoven fabric enables water to pass through, but will hold sand and fines.

The bulkhead fabric is placed on the sea floor and stones and rip rap boulders are set on it to form a full bulkhead.  This geotextile fabric is designed durable for long life and is UV stabilized to withstand occasional sunlight exposure.

Most drainage fabrics on the market claim to be permeable with a high water flow rate. Specification sheets show flow rate but it can be difficult to translate the testing numbers into a real world example.
