Our Salt Cedar Root Barrier is composed of HDPE and shipped in roll form. The material is effective at blocking weed growth in landscaped areas. These rolls can be used in both commercial and residential settings. This high density polyethylene product is waterproof, UV resistant, and is non-biodegradable. It is available in 10”, 18” & 24" roll widths. At a thickness of 80 mil, this plastic material has proven effective in thousands of installations over 20 years at blocking even the most aggressive and invasive plant and tree roots. The material is made in America and when buried underground, provides an approximate 100 year material lifespan. We offer the plastic in 100’ long rolls. Multiple rolls can be connected using our double sided HDPE seam tape.
